About this event
"Digital twin" has become one of the most talked-about terms in transportation. Dr. Craig Scott of Morgan State University joins SMARTER Transportation Talks to unpack what a digital twin actually is, how one gets built, and how researchers use virtual replicas of real places to study safety and test new technology before it reaches the road. We'll also look at where the technology is headed and what agencies should keep in mind as they consider it. The conversation will close with a live audience Q&A.
