About this event
A heated 60 minute class set to music that builds on the foundation of the 26&2 Bikram Yoga class. This class contains all the 26&2 series postures that you already know, but we also expand into new postures and variations. The parts of class which you’re familiar with will move more quickly, with less instruction, and new ideas will be taught more thoroughly. No advanced skills are needed to participate in this class, but some experience with the 26&2 and a willingness to try new things is helpful. **Annapolis location**
