Rocket | Power Flow Rocket Yoga® is a set sequence of postures designed to get you warm, mobile, strong and open. Beginning with sun salutations and a strong standing sequence, the sequence includes opportunities to divert from the set path to incorporate additional arm balances, inversions, or more restful postures according to your practice. We practice the Rocket 1 sequence, which focuses on strengthening core and fluid movements.
