About this event
Open-level contemporary dance class welcomes dancers of all experience levels to explore a dynamic and expressive movement practice. The curriculum draws from a range of dance techniques, including elements of release and recovery, encouraging efficiency of movement, fluid transitions, and embodied musicality. Dancers will engage with floor work, weight-sharing concepts, and expressive phrasing in an environment where individuality is valued.
