About this event
Has reading translations got you down? Do you find yourself thinking that you just don’t have enough reading to do? Have no fear, Saul Bellow reading group is here!
In addition to being a very good friend of everyone’s favorite Republic translator, Allan Bloom, Saul Bellow is the only writer to win the National Book Award for fiction three times. If you are interested in reading some excellent fiction (written in English), please reach out to cdsutton@sjc.edu . We are considering meeting on Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. and will start with Bellow’s 1970 novel, Mr. Sammler’s Planet .
Listed by St. John's College (Localist), gathered by the Bowie events calendar.
