Show Synopsis:
A remarkable true story of a community that exemplified love, kindness, and generosity during one of the darkest chapters in American history. On September 11, 2001, the citizens of Gander, Newfoundland, responded to an immense challenge: to shelter, feed, clothe, and care for thousands of distraught travelers from around the world. This is a story of what happened on September 12th.
