Every Friday from 11am - 2pm we will be at Rising Hope Mission at 8220 Russell Rd, Alexandria, VA 22309.
Our mobile team provides free, confidential peer support, naloxone, harm reduction supplies, and direct resources right in the neighborhood. A huge thank you to Inova Community Health for funding this vital expansion and helping us meet the needs of our community!

Enrollment is free, easy, and anonymous. No ID is required. Card carrying members have legal protection.

• Peer Recovery Support
• Sterile syringes
• Syringe disposal
• Free Narcan and Narcan training
• Safer injection, snorting, and smoking supplies
• Fentanyl testing strips
• Assistance with food, bedding, and hygiene products
• Assistance with navigating medical, therapeutic, and treatment resources like medications for opioid use disorder
• Assistance enrolling in insurance
