In This candlelit, essential oil infused class, Amber will guide you through a series of movements and postures to allow for balance, flexibility and relaxation. The class starts with stretching the main muscle groups and ends with a peaceful meditation to help improve clarity and intention and gain a stronger sense of self. This class is for all levels and ages. Temp: 80-85degrees Fahrenheit
