About this event
Explore the intersection of fiber art and jewelry to create soft, tactile, textural wearable sculpture. Students work with a variety of wire gauges and jewelry-making tools, plus new or upcycled fabric, beads, sequins, and embroidery floss to create a pair of embroidered earrings and a three-dimensional brooch. Some previous wirework experience is recommended (such as Introduction to Beading). Fiber enthusiasts of all levels are welcome. Special Program Information The instructor is Mia Vollkommer .
