Fluorescence // Noise Merchants // Prisoner's Cinema Black Friday Throwdown LIVE at Cult

About this event

While you're home for the holidays, check out some homegrown music from Fluorescence, Noise Merchants and Prisoner's Cinema.

Fluorescence is a psychedelic indie rock band that blurs the lines between dreamy soundscapes and explosive energy. Built around hypnotic rhythms, atmospheric guitars, and infectious melodies, their sound moves between moments of hazy introspection and powerful, driving intensity. With a blend of indie shoe-gaze, the pulse of psychedelic and alternative rock, Fluorescence creates a sonic experience that's both immersive and unpredictable.

Noise Merchants is a shoegaze, dream-pop band from Annapolis Maryland. The band's musical style can be described as "a wall of sound enveloped in a reverb blanket, wrapped around a minor existential crisis. Either that or just a vacuum cleaner left on"

Prisoner’s Cinema: Based out of the D.M.V. A vibration, unmistaken, raw, and pure. Starting out as a solo project by local shore hero Shane Peters (Mr. Johnny Go-Go himself), and metamorphosing into mature, melancholic alternative tones that can be crunchy and fuzzed out one moment, and ethereally reverberant the next. Prisoner's Cinema is Shane, Julian, Gideon, and Matt.
