The VXN Workout is a dance fitness format that uses commercial choreography (aka what you'd see in music videos or concerts) to create a diverse, inclusive dance experience! The classes are designed to create an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection, and a sense of community all while burning 300-500 calories. VXN operates under the ethos that dance is for absolutely everyone, and they pride themselves on being inclusive and offering a safe, judgement-free zone.
