About this event
No-gi jiu jitsu session for intermediate practitioners to work on their stand up game. In this class you can learn wrestling and judo techniques that will compliment your jiu jitsu. The purpose of this class is to learn how to takedown, pass, and submit. Recommended 1 year of grappling experience.
