About this event
Judo instruction for individuals of all abilities and experience levels. New students are welcome at any class. Class begins with a warm-up and short exercises, focused on developing movements useful for judo and daily life. Next up is a lesson led by DC Judo instructors. Participants work in small groups to practice the lesson while instructors provide tips and feedback. Class concludes with randori, or free practice.
