About this event

Our Kids' Beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class is specially designed for children aged 8 to 11 who are eager to learn the art of grappling and self-defense in a safe and supportive environment. In this class, kids will be introduced to the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including holds, escapes, and positional control, all taught through interactive drills and partner activities. Our experienced instructors focus on building confidence, coordination, and discipline while instilling the values of respect and teamwork. Through engaging games and exercises, your child will have the opportunity to learn and grow, both physically and mentally. Join us for an exciting journey into the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!
