(14th St.) Serene Moon Flow + Restorative Soundbath @ 1910 14th St NW Try this simple, meditative class to help reset your mind and bring greater balance to the body. After a calming yet heating warm up, you'll rest in longer-held restorative stretching postures. Class ends with a relaxation practice and soundbath. All are welcome.
