Everyone has an amaro soulmate — and tonight, we’ll help you find yours. Our library features more than 26 amari, and during this guided tasting you’ll sample four distinct half-ounce pours while learning about the history, flavors, and traditions behind Italy’s beloved digestivi. This experience is not intended to get you tipsy — it’s designed the Italian way: four small pours meant to be savored slowly and traditionally enjoyed to help aid digestion after a meal.

And no need to brace yourself — this isn’t grappa. Many amari recipes date back more than 200 years and were crafted to be a smooth, palate-pleasing finish to a meal while traditionally aiding digestion.

Please note: tastings are scheduled throughout the evening, so we kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reserved slot. Each tasting experience is designed for up to 10 people and will last approximately 30 minutes.
