About this event
Abraham’s Bridge: A short film about Pluralism in the Heartland
Something is happening in the heartland: here, a mosque, synagogue, church, and interfaith center are connected by a circular wooden bridge, an organic donation garden, and a quietly disruptive vision. Can this new model of coexistence in the American Midwest bridge the rising currents of division?
Abraham’s Bridge is a 36-minute documentary film directed and produced by Elinor “Ellie” J. Pierce. It chronicles the
Tri-Faith Initiative in Omaha, Nebraska, a unique campus where a synagogue, mosque, church and interfaith center are built side by side and physically connected by a circular wooden bridge.
