About this event
One of WHC’s favorite tikkun olam traditions is back: helping those in need in our area have a happy Thanksgiving.
Pack Thanksgiving meals for Abram Simon Elementary families in Anacostia, as well as shelters and pantries across D.C. and Maryland.
This year, you can help in two ways:
• Donate a bag through the TOV Fund . ($50 covers all the fixin’s plus a gift card for the main course).
• Bring your own bag ( SEE INGREDIENT LIST ). Drop off at JBSC by Thursday, November 20, or at Temple on Sunday, November 23.
Please email Lauren Lieberman, LLieberman@whctemple.org with any questions.
Sunday Stuffing is generously supported by WHC’s TOV Fund. Hunger Packing will be part of the event.
