Police broke up three illegal car rallies on Sunday in Prince George's County, where up to 300 people gathered for speed racing, disorderly behavior and roadway shutdowns near Laurel and Upper Marlboro+ they arrested a Bowie man for stealing a vehicle and issued citations for other offenses.
