- ➤ Alonzo Turner-Bey, who spent over 31 years in prison for a crime committed as a teenager, now leads the Returning Citizens Affairs Division in Prince George’s County to help returning residents get health care, job training and housing support. He works with community programs and county officials to strengthen services for citizens reentering society—using his personal experience to guide his efforts. WTOP
