- ➤ Bowie State University was ranked No. 11 among the Best Historically Black Colleges and Universities by U.S. News and World Report — a ranking that places it in the top five public HBCUs in the country. Bowie State University
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Prince George’s County had a shortage of 1,050 primary care doctors, and nearly 42% of residents went outside the county for care, which led to long emergency room waits at a meeting on Monday. County leaders said recruiting new doctors is hard — they plan to ask the state for help. WTOP
