Prince George's County lawmakers will vote on a bill to end the 30-year ban on pit bulls (the last such ban in the DMV) on November 18.
If the bill passes, it will raise fines for dog bites, tighten leash laws, and allow shelter pit bulls to be adopted for the first time in many years.
