- ➤ Prince George’s County Public Schools is expanding its Dual in the Schools program to bring tuition-free college courses to all 25 high schools next school year—saving families thousands on future college costs. The program, taught by PGCPS teachers who serve as PGCC adjunct professors, currently operates in five schools and will grow to nine this school year—preparing students for a smoother path to college. - ➤ On November 19, 2025, about 1,400 fourth and fifth-graders from Prince George's County visited Bowie State to watch a men's basketball exhibition game & enjoy halftime activities like musical chairs and performances. Kevin Durant's family sponsored the event through its foundation to support at-risk children in underserved communities. WJLA
